I am sick to death of prequels. The notion has been ruining SF for the last ten years.
And here we have bastions of the SF Industry, at it again, resting on their laurels instead of doing any real imagining...
Back to the books, then. Ben Bova, C.J. Cherryh, Orson Scott Card - here, the entertainment to be found (on top of the teachings) in intelligent storyweaving has not been lost to ego.
Good luck, all. Thanks, once again, for ruining a good thing.
Caprica can flush itself down the toilet for all I care. Why the hell would I invest in a story THAT I ALREADY KNOW THE END OF.
And the monkeys grunted...
Yeah, why invest in a story that I already know the ending? Wait a minute... I guess EVERY SINGLE WORLD WAR TWO movie would never have been made...
I'll watch anything these people do. Bring it on. Smartest tv around today.
You're kidding, right?
I'm a big fan of GODFATHER II, even though I knew that Brando would end up dying.
And STAR WARS II. And yes, every war movie ever made.
Caprica looks fantastic.
