Sharon Osbourne announced that Cheryl Cole of Girls Aloud fame will replace her as an "X Factor" Judge.
"The X Factor" is a televised British singing competition similar to "American Idol."
Osbourne, 55, has denied to the press that she walked out last week because producers would not meet her pay demands and over conflict with fellow judge Dannii Minogue.
Today she spoke to Monsters and Critics on the phone regarding the new NBC season of "America's Got Talent" and reiterated her departure from "X Factor" was a mutual decision. "Cheryl will be a fantastic judge," she said. "It's was time to move on. I love the show and everybody there, the producers, Simon (Cowell). But it's just time to move on."
