Model mama Heidi Klum and "Project Runway" kicks off its fourth season Wednesday night.
The show manages to stay fresh, entertaining, it sets apart this reality series and is likable on so many levels even men get into it.
The Writers Guild strike looking seems like it will last for a long time. We have reported that the networks are filling up their skeds with awful game shows, and repeats. Time to check this gem out.
Wanna-be fashion designers go to New York and are put through a series of challenges that revolve around designing and making garments.
Those garments are then worn by models.
The work is judged thoughtfully - and the designers are voted down to one, who gets attention and a chance to start his or her own business.
The series is hosted by supermodel Heidi Klum, and has Tim Gunn, chief creative officer at Liz Claiborne to act as mentor to the aspiring designers.
Gunn offers constructive criticism based on years of experience in the fashion industry and roots for the designers to do their best.
The "Project Runway" judges are designer Michael Kors and Nina Garcia, fashion director at Elle magazine.
"Project Runway" is a creative stew of drama, design and derring-do. Fun stuff, like "Hell's Kitchen" it is a must watch and see for yourself experience.
