09/17/2007 - Anthony Anderson - FOX Emmy Party - Spago - Beverly Hills, CA © Chris Hatcher / PR Photos"NYPD Blue" creator Jonathan Lisco has jumped the gun and gone ahead with a series based in a city still reeling from the worst natural disaster in US history.We're not so sure that is a good thing. Fox never sent us a screener for review. "K-Ville" is based on the aftermath of Katrina's devastation, as Officer Marlin Boulet (Anthony Anderson) tries to help the wounded and displaced while attempting to talk his partner through a breakdown. The story unwinds as Boulet is left with the detritus of the Ninth Ward, and his own relationship fallout.
