If the Catholic League thinks that was 'hate speech', they need to crawl out from the rock their living under and joing the real world. They don't know what 'hate speech' is.

Is it necessary to poke fun at a msjor religious figure and insult all his followers to prove a point? Very offensive. She wont sound so funny when she is roasting in hell. Too bad we Christians have become too tolerant. I think we shoud be more like Muslims and Jews who seriously take offense when offended.
When Mel Gibson said stupid things, everyone ganged up on him. When Michael Richards and Imus said stupid things everyone ganged up on them. When a European newspaper printed offensive cartoons making fun of the Prophet Muhammad, most of us were very disgusted. When Kathy Griffin tells the Christians' son of God to suck it, people come to her defense as if there is any humor in offending other people's religious figures. Double standard.
