Award presenters and "Hills" chicks Lauren, Audrina and Whitney got dusted onstage by a dismissive Justin Timberlake as he accepted his male artist VMA award.

Timberlake made no bones of his hatred for telenovela-esque reality TV, as he spoke during Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards when he repeatedly asked MTV to ditch reality TV and play more music videos.

The girls - Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, Whitney Port — presented Timberlake with Male Artist of the Year, but after Lauren announced Justin as the winner, things didn't go so smoothly.

A fourth female showed up on stage to hand the award to Justin's right hand Timbaland, who in turn gave it to Justin. Justin deliberately did not give eye contact or thank any of the presenters.

“Play more music videos. We don’t want to see the Simpsons on reality television,” said Justin, referring to sisters Jessica and Ashlee Simpson. “Play more videos.”

I agree, play more videos! But nothing by former boy band members!

I admire him for speaking up so publicly against these 'reality' shows. They're ridiculous, there's too many of them, and there's no 'reality' at all involved! Good for him.

Actually, fan or no....Justin is definately talented. And I agree, I would like to get back to music videos and less reality tv, however, I don't think you should ever go after others contributions. Ask for more videos without dissing anyone else!

I've been saying get back to music for YEARS! I mean after all its Music Television... what do some blonde (and one brunette) brat from 'the hills' have to do with music?

but seriously... why do some persnickity little boys wanna be men have to be such prissy whiners these days? And seriously... why does he have to diss those girls just because their reality TV is on MTV? Its not their fault... if you were given that opportunity, you'd have taken it too.

I love the Hills! Ridiculously fun show!
But I also love Justin. And there is no argueing about it...he is super talented.
Personally I would much rather watch reality tv than music videos...but it was hilarious that JT did that!
