I cannot agree more with the previous post. They used Mr. Washington. If they thought what he said was that heinous, they should have let him go immediately. They just put the nail in their coffin in as far as ratings for next season because I am one viewer who will not be watching the show.
It is unfortunate that Shonda Rhimes does not have the character enough to say what really went on and is hiding behind a facade of being in control. She is not in control of her own show and is obviously spineless when it comes to taking charge of her so called 'Greys family'. She and ABC shamefully used Isaiah Washington for profits/ratings and dumped him like a hot rock when it was convinient for them. It is disgraceful and nothing to be proud of. Grey's Anatomy is the worst off without Preston Burke and I am on less viewer the show will have next season.

So now she's talking after all these months and saying she's glad he was fired and was all for it. Please!! Who got to her. What has always struck me as fishy was how long it took ABC to fire Isaiah. If it was such a moral outrage, why wasn't he let go immediately, and what was all that nonsense about rehab and the TV AD about 'words can hurt.' ABC made sure they finished the season before they gave him the boot because their ratings were slipping and they needed him to end the season. I won't be watching next year.
