So, using offensive language to minorities in a workplace is a good thing for the minorities? This comment defies logic so much it makes my brain hurt.

Washington was not let go solely because of this one incident. It was the 'final straw' in disruptive behavior on-set.

I have to go take an aspirin, I can't get Adamo's comment out of my head!

It's unfortunate that Isaiah Washington had to loose his job. I hope the people who know the truth band together with him to clear his name.

Adamo, those are the words of a homophobe. 'makes people hate gays more'...you do realize that people who choose to fraternize with others of the same gender are people too, right? They have blood and skin and hair and go shopping and get educated. They are as diverse as 'the straights' (to borrow your terminology), so lumping those who share similar lifestyles in to one group is homophobic. THerefore, the point you were making holds no water.

The things we know for sure

1) Gay people use the N word among themselves, when they are with people they presume to be friends or family
2) Isaiah didn't call T.R the F word, T.R purposely lead everyone to believe he was a homophobe
3) T.R Knight made a killing from the scandal, everyone suddenly knows his name, he has a bigger pay check and his character moves from geek to stud
4) Isaiah cant keep his mouth shut even at the expense of destroying the little chance of his career
5) Many Black gays support Isaiah and many white gays want him crucified, which makes me wonder if this is, really more of an internal gay war
6) Grey's anatomy is about to crash because everyone is more interested in the outside drama
7) ABC would deal with Isaiah anyway they can
8) Isaiah used the F word in a fight with Patrick and apologized for it
9) The Greys Anatomy actors have two cliques, The T R Crew and The others
10) T.R Knight better start talking or he would be one of the most hated actors out there
