Actors Vincent D'Onofrio, Chris Noth and Kathryn Erbe are scheduled to return to "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" next season without a raise, the latest victims of belt-tightening at the limping Dick Wolf produced franchise, sources said to the Hollywood Reporter.
The actors are said to be "disappointed" because the normal procession is that leads on returning series get at least a 5% salary increase every year, according to the Reporter.
Series creator Dick Wolf had set a Friday 5 p.m. deadline for them to accept the offer, THR reports.
The future for NBC's "Criminal Intent" - on for six years, is that it will move to cable sister network USA for next season. Repeats will air on NBC.
THR sources indicated that below-the-line key crew members on the shows are taking 5% to 10% pay cuts next season too.
