Personally I think this sucks - it is one of the only shows on TV that is worth watching, and that I can share with my family. I guess there isn't enough gratutious sex or violence to satisfy the network execs.

Very sad news. Although the writing this year has not been up to par, I am still sad to lose my favorite show. I wish the cast well in their next project and I am sure they will take their loyal fan base with them.

This show was/is a joke. Everything that's stale in society is summed up within the time frame these 'actors' appear on screen.

My whole family always waits for the night the Gilmore Girls comes on from Grandma and Grand pa and Mom and Dad and kids alike. It was a show that the family could watch together .

And if by some chance one of us missed it the phone would be ringing the next day to find out what had happened in our town of the Gilmore Girls.

I can't believe you are taking such a nice show off the air.

That is the only show on that channel that we ever watched, now I guess that will be the last one I watch.

I agree that this is not time enough to end a show. A least go half a season next year so that things can be wrapped up. I hate it when shows are ended without tying everything up and making the audience satisfied. There's no way they could do that with two shows, and by the way it sounds...they just reached this culmination, which means that the last two shows of this season aren't even going to attempt to tie things up in a quickened pace.

I don't know about you all, but I will think long and hard before I see anything else with Lauren or Alexis in it because they were too greedy to not settle for what I'm sure was an insane amount of money. Money isn't everything. Those women have...had...fans that they have a responsibility to.

I'll end my rant there.
