Donald Trump has hired his latest "Apprentice."

The reality show was run by Donald Trump, who selected Stefani Schaeffer at the conclusion of the reality show's sixth season.

Schaeffer beat James Sun in the final firing session, after fellow finalists Nicole D'Ambrosio and Frank Lombardi were both nixed from the show.

Stefani Schaeffer is a 32-year-old corporate lawyer from California, and she took home the title Sunday night during a live finale broadcast from the Hollywood Bowl.  Schaeffer was chosen over 29-year-old James Sun, an Internet entrepreneur from Seattle, during the season finale Sunday night.

Trump uttered the famous line: "James, you're fired. Stefani, you're hired," said Trump, ending the sixth season of his popular reality TV series.

The Associated Press reported that Stefani said: "Not once did you ever see me brought back by any team members, nor did you ever hear a negative word spoken about me from day one of this process." That pitch seemed to win over Donald Trump, as he replied, "That's largely true."

Upon winning, Schaeffer was named this season's apprentice, she was given the option of working for Donald Trump's new resort development in the Caribbean, or on a condo project in Atlanta.

Schaeffer accepted the Caribbean position. All four finalists had been given the option, and while Nicole agreed with Stefani and chose the Caribbean posting, both James and Frank announced they would take the Atlanta position.

James Sun was praised by trump too, "James, you're terrific in every respect. You're totally creative, I love creative people, but there were certain things and certain dialogue that you gave during the course and you know what I'm talking about, that bothered me very much. You're an outstanding guy. I really think you're going to be a big success, but for now, James, you're fired."

A seventh season of "The Apprentice" was ordered by NBC, despite declining ratings every year since the show debuted in 2004.

Thats why Apprentice sucks and thats exactly why its rating is going down ever since it was aired first in 2004. James was by far the most competent and creative contender. And many a times Trump and his offspring repeated - during the finale - that 'Stefani, you were always under radar' but still that red hair pimp fired James. Although James did screwed up a little at first during that video shoot but then he was the one who fixed it and he fixed it in a way that everybody liked their ad compared to Frank and Nicole's. Surely James was criticized by his peers but it was because he used to take the burden on his shoulder and Stefani never stepped up for one so who had the more probability of being criticized. The same thing happened with Kristine when Nicole didn't worked at all - even slept the whole time - on the marketing campaign of the golden towers and Kristen made a lousy mistake by printing the wrong number on the brochure. definitely it was the worst thing that could happen but again, if all work is done by one team member, how can Trump exempt Nicole of the fault.
Well whatever... I hope they don't make such blunders in th next season.
