VH1 shouts Tequila! Tila, that is

Video vixen and star of many male-oriented programming shows, Miss Tila Tequila may soon be VH1's latest star offering. Talk of a "super explosive" television series is being bandied about, as the Tila Tequila pilot is fast-tracking in development with VH1. 

News about the specifics are still being worked out, but sources say it will be hot!  According to Tila, "This show will be unlike anything anyone has seen on television before. I want to push the envelope as far as I can."  Hmm.

The show comes on the heels of the release of TILA's first single the Lil Jon produced "I Love U," the steamy video which topped the iTunes video chart in less than 24 hours.

According to a press statement from VH1, It marks the next step for the woman described by the network as the epitome of the "cult of personality" that has developed in the digital age. 

Wow, someone at VH1 is a Living Color fan!

The 25-year old exotic and generally stunning siren has been on the cover and/or
featured in numerous magazines and for being the most "friended" person on the social networking site MySpace.com.  Even more than Tom! 

Move over Cindy Margolis, you are so last decades news.

Tila is fresh, and she's already racked up nearly 2 million dedicated fans, and as the popular men's magazine Stuff said, is now the "Web's hottest Mama."
