American Idol's Barba blows it?

Fame is fleeting for some. The internet gives it a whole new perspective too. If you have been so attention starved in your life as to actually photograph yourself in flagrante delicto or on the crapper as American Idol's contestant Antonella Barba allegedly did, you better steel yourself for the consequences. The American Idol contestant and New Jersey gal has been under understandable fire lately due to some pornographic photos that have been published recently on the Internet, that allegedly including one of her on the toilet, and one that allegedly shows the singer allegedly giving some guy deep throat oral "favors."Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe says he has not seen any of the Internet pictures, and only learned of the naughty snaps from EW. ''We have really good background checks on everybody, and we deal with that every season,'' he says. ''It's sad, isn't it, that your best friends are the ones that come forward with information that will go to Smoking Gun or put your photographs on the web?''Barba squeaked through to next round of the competition on Thursday's show.TMZ reports back In 2003, Frenchie Davis was booted from Idol's Season 2 when producers discovered she had worked for a porn website. The revelation came after the Smoking Gun reported that Davis posed topless for a website to earn college tuition money.

I think she sucks- she can't sing and I don't want my little sister 'idolizing' some trashy teen who can't even keep her clothes on. We have enough trash in the media, who the hell wants to hear about one more walking case of HVP/HIP/herpes bimbo? This is suppose to be about talent which she doesn't have any. Vote her off the island!

She seriously needs to get off the show- she is not a good singer at all. And if her only talent is getting STDs then I think she should pass on the whole 'Idol' scene. I don't want my little sister looking up to someone that's trashy like that.
