TRL and Minnillo part ways

Page Six leaks the news that MTV's "TRL" and Vanessa Minnillo, of the now rumored shaky ground duo of Minnillo-Lachey, will be parting ways.
Minnillo is exiting stage left from MTV's "TRL" show, an unnamed source tells Page Six. The former girlfriend of Derek Jeter and current one of Nick Lachey will not renew her contract in April.
"MTV wants her out," said another unnamed Page Six insider. Other Page Six sources say continuous rumors of the show's demise and Minnillo's other "opportunities" are driving her away from the network.
Reps for MTV tell Page Six: " 'TRL' has not been canceled."
Should "TRL" live past April, Page Six pegs Susie Castillo as Minnillo's "most likely replacement."
