Comic icon Stan Lee is looking for a “Superhero” and we are giving away the capes!

The Sci Fi Channel, Nash Entertainment and comic book icon Stan Lee have teamed together for “Who Wants To Be A Superhero?” – the hit new reality series that premiered on Thursday, July 27th, and airs a new episode at 9 p.m./ 8 p.m., Thursdays, on Sci Fi.

To help join in the fun on the competition, Monsters and Critics have teamed with the Sci Fi Channel to give away two T-shirts and capes! Yes, that’s right - the T-shirts will come with a cape!

From the thousands of hopefuls, Stan Lee picked 11 lucky finalists to move into a secret lair and compete for the opportunity to become a real-life Superhero! The finalists chosen by the icon include Lemuria, The Iron Enforcer, Cell Phone Girl, Feedback, Monkey Woman, Creature, Levity, Nitro G, Major Victory, Fat Momma, and Ty'Veculus. The group will leave their former lives behind and live as their brainchild heroes 24/7 - all under Stan Lee’s watchful eye. Each week, our aspiring heroes will be challenged with competitions designed to test their true superhero abilities. It’s not all just leaping tall buildings in a single bound - a true Superhero will be tested for courage, integrity, self-sacrifice, compassion and resourcefulness. In the end, only one aspiring Superhero will have the strength and nobility to open the gates to comic book immortality.
