Charlotte Church tipped for vampish role in 'Torchwood'

Charlotte Church has been hotly-tipped to star in a new TV series - as a raunchy devil-worshipper.
The Welsh beauty is currently in talks to play a vampish teenager in 'Torchwood', a 'Dr Who' spin-off for adults.
A show insider told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: 'Charlotte is a big fan of Dr Who and she was thrilled when we approached her with the part. 'The role is ideally suited to her - she is beautiful but can be very vampish when she wants.' Another source told Scotland's Daily Record newspaper: 'We couldn't think of anyone better than Charlotte to play a teenage devil worshipper.' The 19-year-old made her acting debut in the feature film 'I'll Be There' in 2003. Earlier this year the sexy songstress vowed never to make another movie - because her first film was 'dreadful'. She also admitted she should stick to what she's best at. She confessed: 'I won't be doing any more films. I think I was quite dreadful. I watched it and I thought, 'Stick to singing, girl, stick to singing'.' &EngCP; BANG Media InternationalCopyright 2005 BANG Media International
