House is a good example of the phrase:

'Is the glass half full or half empty' determining your personality.

If he ends up killing you then it is probably half-empty.

If he saves your life (after removing a few organs from your body) then maybe you are a half-full guy.

Either way, it demonstrates the concept of half-full and half-empty. It is half-full if you do not belong to the half-empty crowd. Seems a bit trivial to me.

If SP4 was a House groupie the glass would always be half-full and his savior would always be right, even when he killed his patients.
