If you hate waiting in lines, paying three bucks for bottled water, traffic and then waiting some more, San Diego's nerd prom mecca Comic-Con is not for you.

If you are a die-hard people-watcher and love to get glimpses of your favorite filmmakers work or TV shows, and maybe chat with the famous artists who create the covers of the comics that are being plundered by Hollywood for ideas, then the annual Comic-Con IS the place for you.
Right off the bat I spoke to Neil Patrick Harris by his giant white unicorn at the Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay DVD promotional island in the middle of the football-field-sized vendor floor, aka Exhibitor Hall A.
The trusty gigantic statue of Jabba the Hutt was also representing, along with a myriad of attendees who dressed to impress.
