It should almost be a 3-way tie - they are all good in their own genre.
I was a little confused when some of the songs that were picked for the contestants were criticised. The contestants didn't pick the songs, they were picked for them, so what's with that? Anyway, I think Carly was also one of the best, otherwise, I think the ones who are there deserve to be there. Probably David Cook will win as he has the most appeal, but the remaining two will certainly go on to do great things musically at any rate. The have gotten the exposure they need. All three of them are every bit as good or better than a lot of singers out there today - namely the awful Simpson sisters, Britney - just to name a few.
I don't get it either! 'Longer' was the producer's song choice and it felt like the show was trying to throw david under the bus. But Simon did say that he had done enough to get to the finals. He did an awesome job with 'And so it goes', although I think 'Longer' should have been replaced by,ie.'you raise me up' by Josh Groban. I really think he did his best with what was thrown at him this week, and at least he tried to be more up-beat with 'With you' by Chris Brown. I think at the moment David Cook seems to be more popular with more downloads on i-tunes, but David Archuleta's fans are dedicated voters, sometimes voting for the whole 2 hours nonstop. Nevertheless-WE MUST SAVE DAVID ARCHULETA! VOTE,VOTE,VOTE.

It's always good to be a winner, but regardless, I think the remaining one will do just as well in a musical career - also Syesha.
David Cook without question should win American Idol. He is mainstream. And he is an incredible talent.
He will bring credibility back to American Idol when he wins.
