Today’s the day! The Fast N’ Loud vs. Street Outlaws Mega Race is finally here.

We already placed our bets as to who will win, and now here’s the rules of the game — plus details about the cars and how you can watch.

There are two contests making up the Mega Race.

Gas Monkey Garage’s Richard Rawlings is going up against Street Outlaws’ Big Chief and Murder Nova in a drag race, while Aaron Kaufman (who is working on new projects after quitting Gas Monkey) is taking on Farmtruck & AZN in a skills challenge.

Mega Race: The Rules

Here’s the rules of each race…

Richard vs. Big Chief & Murder Nova

—1/8 mile standing-start drag race
— Best of three races
— Car must be a muscle car with steel roof and 1/4 panel section which match the VIN number of the car.
— Max engine displacement of 500ci
— Total weight above 2,500-lb

Stakes: Braggin rights

Aaron Kaufman vs. Farmtruck & AZN

— Both an autocross skills challenge and a drag race
— Best of three
— Budget cap of $15,000

The cars

These are the details of the different cars being used…

Richard Rawlings: He’s opted for a 2015 Dodge Challenger with Aluminum Bullet Dodge HEMI specialty engine, chromoly chassis, 2-speed transmission, and a Ford 9-in with a 513 third member rear end. He’s using 36in tires and a Screw Blower supercharger.

Big Chief & Murder Nova: Big Chief and Murder Nova are using a 1970 Pontiac GTO, with a Pintiac 482 ci V-8 engine, a HomeRossler transmission and an all-aluminum Mark Williams rear-end.

Aaron Kaufman: Aaron is using a 1995 BMW E36 M3, with a GM LS1 engine, Tremec T56 Magnum transmission, NTO1 D.O.T tires, and an SLP Blower for boost.

Farmtruck & AZN: They will be driving a Pontiac 1976 Firebird Trans Am with a 455 Pontiac V8 engine and BorgWarner transmission. The car has a chromoly roll cage, US Wheels in Mickey Thompson Tires and a 2-stage nitrous express system for boost.
