Set in the world of the racetrack, HBO's "Luck" is a labor of love from David Milch (Deadwood) that sees a superb cast of characters weave storylines that take us inside the world of the jockey, trainer, boss and gambler.
Exceptional cinematography, casting, wardrobe and editing. Michael Mann (The last of the Mohicans) directs the pilot episode and executive produces the series.
