In this comedic reality show, Kathy Griffin is a stand up comic and a self-described D-List celebrity.
How does one define D-List? Kathy is the queen of local store openings and gay partades, frequently appearing on talk shows, but she's never in the TV Guide listings for that show. You may be asking yourself why. It's because she is only ever invited as a fill in at the last moment if a 'real' celebrity cancels. This reality show follows the trials and tribulations of Kathy diligently nipping at the heels of Hollywood enough to make a living, but not enough to stop hustling or pissing off powerful Hollywood people like Ryan Seacrest.
