The Simon Cowell-produced talent show is in its second season. "America's Got Talent" features judges Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and will replace David Hasselhoff.
The second round of auditions hit Los Angeles. The show featured a comic, trick roper, a singer/songwriter, a guy that stuffed himself in a washer, a guy that did Sonny AND Cher, and a guy that played music with only his hands. Unfortunately, no Paul Potts pleasant surprises as of yet.
NBC's hit talent competition series returns this summer with new host, Nick Cannon, and all new performers from across the country ready to win America's vote!
Bringing the variety format back to the forefront of American culture, "America's Got Talent" showcases a colorful array of hopeful future stars - with celebrity judges U.K. TV personality Piers Morgan and Ozzie's better half, Sharon Osbourne.
In the first four audition episodes, the judges will select the best acts who will move on to the "boot camp" episode where they will have a chance to perfect their craft. Each performer will be required to demonstrate the diversity of his or her act in order to move on to the semi-final performance episodes where the judging will be turned over to the American viewing audience who will vote each week for their favorites. The series culminates with a live finale where one act will walk away with a million dollar prize.
"America's Got Talent" is produced by FremantleMedia North America and Cowell's SYCO TV. Cowell, Ken Warwick ("American Idol"), Cecile Frot-Coutaz ("American Idol"), Jason Raff ("Three Wishes") and James Sunderland ("Dancing on Ice") are the executive producers.

i am excited for the premiere! i loved Terry Fator and i just liked the interaction of the judges and jerry and the contestants. i cant wait to see next wednesday's episode. it looks promising!

HI Guys; I Get A kick watching hopefuls on your show, it is amazing what people will do to become famous, my t.v. has a mind of its own,and when Springer shows up it changes to another station. ,
