“Simple Life” gets camp songs album

E! Entertainment Television and Nettwerk Music Group are bringing together some of today’s hottest artists to celebrate the great outdoors with “Simple Life Camp Songs.”

The new digital compilation features contemporary versions of classic campfire tunes as recorded by popular musical acts, including multi-platinum recording artist Barenaked Ladies, singer/songwriter Leigh Nash (formerly of Platinum-selling group Sixpence None The Richer) and Grammy-nominated Latin rock band Kinky.

“Simple Life Camp Songs” will be available for purchase through E! Online starting Friday, July 6, and will be available on iTunes shortly thereafter.

Proceeds from “Simple Life Camp Songs” will go to Children’s Miracle Network, the alliance of premier children’s hospitals that treats more than 17 million children each year for every disease and injury imaginable.

While at camp, Paris and Nicole are expected to eat like the campers, sleep like the campers and keep the same rigorous schedules as the campers.  The great outdoors will never be the same!
