The first casualty of global warming will not be rising sea levels but crop failures due to drought and accesive rain.
There is a distinct possibility that it has already begun, there are many areas of the world that are experiancing drought and others flood.
Already there are almost 1 billion people that are undernourished and this number can only grow.
..this would only be the case if you could make a connection between c02 and climate change, a connection yet to be validated scientifically. Instead, the alarmists latch onto this, in the face of repeated droughts in the US southwest that have happened, repeatedly, for the last 250,000 years, none due to man made contributions.
