Kyoto was a total failure, Co2 levels and now methane levels have increased each year since 1990.
The next agreement takes us up to 2020 and the only thing that will slow down the use of fossil fuels is the availability of them.

I burned ALL my yard debris this year...every stick..the smoke was horrendous....

Kyoto was doomed to failure. If you cannot get China, Russia, Brazil and the African nations on the hook, no amount of conservation or alternatives in the other nations will help...not one bit.

Now, run along and have a drink to kill the bug in your ass...
