I feel sorry for this boy king. Apparently, even though he was king, it didn't seem to do him much good in life. And even in death his body can't be left alone. Isn't grave robbing sacrilegious in most of the world? How would his religion feel about his body being on display?

I totally agree with you, the Egyptian government is just allowing all of this for tourism and to make money.

This kid and all of those who contributed to his grave just wanted him to be left alone.

Of course, all of that gold and treasure was there so that he could have it in the afterlife. Of course we look at that as crazy talk, but they didn't.

For all we know they could be right and Christianity could be wrong (I personally don't believe that but it is a possibility). Just leave the kid and his belongings in peace. This isn't supposed to be some kind of entertainment parade jeeze.

The fact that both he and his gold were still moldering away for all those years until they were discovered last century pretty much illustrates that they weren't right about the afterlife. Of course that doesn't mean that Christianity is therefore right.

The fact that he is on display is surely a form of afterlife ? 3500 years after the commetators here are blowing around as dust, no one will remember them
