This is the wrong way to fix the atmosphere. The answer to that lies with the ocean and calling a halt to overfishing. This is NOT going to work because it will export nearly ALL of the EU's labor to China and India and there will be a serious backlash against 'greens' everywhere.

Now, you guys go right head and commit seppuku. I'l be happy to stand here and watch.
