The moron SP4 is not even able to grasp the most simple facts in politics;the UN is the organizer of this event .The delegations are made up by the governments of the participants,that is to say they are representing all the members .There is no such thing as sP4 claims .He simply raves as usual and doesn't need to burden himself by any understanding to ventilate his ignorance.
