Rosie Perez who has starred in Broadway’s Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune and such films as Do The Right Thing and It Could Happen To You will join Mary-Louise Parker in the Manhattan Theatre Club’s production of Reckless playing at the Biltmore Theatre this fall according to Playbill Online.
The play written by Craig Lucas and directed by Mark Brokaw tells the story of Rachel, whose rose-colored life darkens considerably when her husband confesses that he’s hired a hitman to knock her off – on Christmas Eve. As the misadventures mount during her journey of self-discovery, Rachel questions the true natures of identity and reality.
Mary-Louise Parker stars as Rachel. The production is set to open October 14, 2004.
