Duke and Duchess of Cambridge
A Royal Baby Sweepstake has been created.
Website firebox.com is offering people the chance to team up with their friends in order to wager on Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's unborn infant's sex, weight and name.
The £11.99 package is billed as: 'Ideal for offices, social clubs and fanatics of pre-natal predictions.
'The Royal Baby Sweepstake is your ticket to monetising the miracle of childbirth, while still celebrating with those kids from Cambridge.'
Meanwhile, bookmakers William Hill are offering odds on a range of factors including eye colour, weight and time of birth.
Baby names are proving the most popular betting factor, with William's late mother's name, Diana, with odds currently at 6/1 and Elizabeth with odds of 8/1.
The baby - who will be third in line for the throne - is due in July and tens of thousands of pounds have already been spent on placing bets on the royal heir.
It was recently announced that Catherine, 31, expects to resume official engagements 'in the near future'.
A St James's Palace spokesman said: 'Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July.
'The duchess' condition continues to improve since her stay in hospital last month.'
