Britain's Zara Phillips says husband Mike Tindall manscapes.

The 34-year-old former England rugby captain may appear the epitome of a macho man, but the 31-year-old royal - who is the granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth - revealed her husband is partial to a male bikini-line wax when she appeared as a guest on Sky 1's comedy sports panel show, 'A League of Their Own'.

As the celebrity panellists - including comedian Jack Whitehall and former soccer starJamie Redknapp - discussed the subject of 'manscaping', host James Corden quizzed the equestrian champion about her husband's habits - while red-faced Mike sat in the audience.

He asked: 'What about Mike? Manscaping? Does he like to keep it trim?'

Zara replied: 'Manscaping? Yep!'

The host also asked Zara about her worst physical feature, before quipping: 'I'll tell you what I think your worst feature is - Mike Tindall. Now, I love Mike. You know I love Mike, and I'll tell you why I love Mike - because up until you married Mike I didn't think I had a chance with you!'

Zara - who won a silver medal in team eventing at the Olympics this past summer - married Mike in a lavish ceremony at Canongate Kirk in Edinburgh last year, but admitted they haven't had a chance to go on honeymoon yet because of their sporting careers.

She said: 'Haven't been yet. Still waiting.'

Mike joked from the audience: 'Hey, treat 'em mean to keep 'em keen!'

The episode airs on Sky 1 tonight (30.11.12).
