Prince William's 'sharp' new wardrobe
Oct 26, 2012, 11:02 GMT

Prince William and Duchess Catherine
Britain's Prince William has become a 'sharp' dresser thanks to his wife.
The second-in-line to the British throne - who wed Kate Middleton, now known as Duchess Catherine, in April 2011 - has been influenced by his partner's love of fashion and has himself decided to have an upgrade on his image.
A source told People.com: 'He has seemed to have become sharper since he got married, such as wearing a handkerchief in his top pocket. Some have inferred that it is his wife's influence.'
Fashion journalist Hilary Alexander also believes Catherine has helped subtly change her husband's attire, with suits by the likes of Spencer Hart and Gieves and Hawkes.
She said: 'I think it is Kate's influence. Since the wedding she has obviously had some influence on his wardrobe - guiding him to slightly more modern, contemporary look, rather than perhaps relying on what his father wears.'
Catherine has become one of the world's leading fashion icons since her marriage to William, and is well known for a love of nude LK Bennett shoes and dresses by designer including Alice Temperley and Alexander McQueen.
