Prince Harry
Prince Harry has been entertaining fellow soldiers by reading extracts from Pippa Middleton's book.
The third in line to the British throne - currently serving as an Apache helicopter pilot in Afghanistan - has had other members of his squad in stitches reading out party planning tips from his copy of 'Celebrate', sent to his base by Pippa.
A source told The Sun newspaper: 'He couldn't resist reading chapters out loud. It's raised morale and caused some much-needed cheer.'
Party planner Pippa is the younger sibling of the Duchess of Cambridge - Harry's sister-in-law - and many members of his squad have joked he will end up marrying her.
The source added: 'Harry's the subject of lots of banter. Everyone winds him up about Pippa.
'They take the mickey out of their friendship by calling her his 'wifey in the making'.
'Harry loves a good joke, even if it's about him.'
Meanwhile it has been confirmed the 28-year-old royal will miss Christmas at home in England this year, as he will continue his tour of duty into 2013. It will be the second time Harry will miss the festive season, after his last tour of duty in 2007, when he served as a Forward Air Controller.
