Britain's Prince Harry once partied with his top buttons undone at an 'X Factor' bash.

The 28-year-old royal attended a live screening of the ITV1 talent show in 2009 with his then-girlfriend Chelsy Davy and music mogul Simon Cowell invited the pair backstage to his dressing room, and Cheryl Cole - who was a judge on the programme at the time - walked into the room to find a bevy of beauties 'everywhere'.

In an extract from her autobiography, 'Cheryl: My Story', she writes, 'I walked in and the scene was mental. There were women partying everywhere and Simon was grinning like the Cheshire cat.

'Prince Harry was lying on the dressing room floor, with his top buttons undone, relaxing with a glass of wine in one hand and a cigarette in the other.'

It's not the first time the flame-haired prince has bared his chest to revellers after recently being photographed naked while enjoying a game of strip billiards with a bevy of beauties in Las Vegas.

'X Factor' judge Louis Walsh recently took some of his hopefuls to the US city for the Judges' Houses stage of the competition shortly after Harry's antics had hit the headlines, but the Irish music mogul warned the talent show wannabes not to get 'caught out' like the third in line to the throne.

He told his hopefuls: 'Don't let us catch you doing a Prince Harry. What happens in Vegas does not stay in Vegas when you're on the 'X Factor' - so don't get caught out.'
