Oct 10, 2012, 11:01 GMT

Prince Charles
Britain's Prince Charles will celebrate his birthday in New Zealand with a 'kiwi-themed' party.
The first-in-line to the throne will be visiting the country when he celebrates his 64th birthday on November 14 and to celebrate, Sir Jerry Mateparae - Governor General of New Zealand whose birthday is on the same day - has invited his countrymen to come to a special party.
So far more than 1,000 people who also celebrate their birthday on November 14 have entered the draw, ranging from those who are turning 18 to one individual who is going to be 100.
Applications close at 5pm today (10.10.12).
Details of what the party will involve are being kept secret, but those who are lucky enough to attend have been asked not to bring gifts.
The ballot will be held later this month.
Prince Charles is visiting New Zealand as part of his mother Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee celebrations, which has seen her send members of the royal family all over the world to represent her.
