Pippa Middleton
Pippa Middleton is thinking of buying a $17 million apartment in New York.
The party planner - the younger sister of Britain's Duchess Catherine - was seen meeting with a high-end realtor who was planning sales for the building last month.
The development has sold out of one and two-bedroom properties, meaning all that remains are three-bedroom properties, which are on sale for $17 million.
A source told the MailOnline website: 'When Pippa was here a few weeks ago, she went into a building on East 57th street and had a meeting with a high-end realtor who was planning sales for a mega property in the city.'
The luxury apartment complex boasts a string of amenities, including a screening and performance room, private fitness centre with a swimming pool and a yoga studio.
There is also a library, billiards tables, 24-foot aquarium and an arts and crafts atelier room.
During her visit to New York, Pippa was believed to have been staying at the Carlyle Hotel located in the Upper East Side of the city. Rooms start at $600 and reach $15,000 before taxes.
