Prince Harry's less than royal transportation
Jul 16, 2012, 12:01 GMT

Prince Harry
Prince Harry enjoyed a rickshaw ride in London at the weekend.
The party loving prince chose the low-key method of transportation during a night out in London, as he made his way from La Bodega Negra restaurant in Soho to Le Salon Bar nearby.
Harry was joined by a pal and a bodyguard for the journey in the pedal-powered vehicle.
An onlooker told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: 'Harry just made a beeline for the tuk-tuk when he came out of the restaurant with his mates.
'The rickshaw driver looked a bit shocked to have the third in line to the throne in the back. But they all seemed to be having a good laugh about it'.
A second bodyguard followed behind in his own three-wheeled vehicle, pulled by a bicycle.
It was recently revealed that Harry is planning to join a Walking With The Wounded charity expedition of injured servicemen in a race to the South Pole.
Co-founder of the charity, Edward Parker, said the prince - who has previously joined servicemen on part of a trek to the North Pole - was very keen to be involved.
He said: 'He would love to do it - he's told us so. He's a 26-year-old bloke who loves adventures, and the core of what he is, is a soldier.
'He considers himself to be one of them, and they consider him to be one of them, too.'
The expedition is being planned for next year and will involve around a dozen injured servicemen racing in teams.
