Princess Eugenie
Britain's Princess Eugenie has gained a 2:1 degree in English Literature from Newcastle University.
The 22-year-old royal - who is sixth in line to the throne - described her three years in the north east city as 'incredible' and thanked staff at the educational institution for their help during her time there.
She said in a statement: 'Newcastle University has given me such an incredible three years. I have had a wonderful time in the north east, learning and having a fantastic experience.
'The staff and tutors at Newcastle have guided me through my years there and given me great support. I am so lucky to have spent time there.
'I wish all the students graduating this year the very best of luck in the future.'
Despite doing well on her degree, she does not yet know what she wants to do with her career.
A Buckingham Palace spokesperson said: 'She's considering her options like many graduates at the moment.'
Her parents the Duke of York and his ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York, also expressed their delight at her success.
They said: 'Eugenie has worked incredibly hard to achieve this excellent result and we are immensely proud of what she has done, particularly gaining a first in her dissertation.'
