Prince William joins brother on World Cup trip
May 19, 2010, 12:02 GMT
Britain's Prince William will join his brother Prince Harry on a visit to Lesotho next month.
The princes will visit the African kingdom - where Harry's charity Sentebale is based - during their trip to South Africa for the soccer World Cup, organizers have confirmed.
An official said: "They should be arriving in Lesotho in the third week of June, either on the 16th or on the 17th,"
William - who is president of the English Football Association - and Harry will then travel to Cape Town for England's third match against Algeria.
Their trip will also include a stop in Botswana, where William - who is also expected to watch England's first game against the USA on June 12 - is involved with wildlife charity Tusk Trust.
The visit to Lesotho will be Harry's first since 2008 and William's first-ever trip to the region.
Sentebale - which means forget-me-not in the local language - offers financial aid and management support to community projects in the land-locked African region.
It was set up by Harry in 2006 in memory of his late mother, Princess Diana, who was famed for her charity work, in particular with children.
The prince first visited the region during his gap year in 2004 and has since returned several times to receive updates on the work done by his charity.
