The resulting lack of interest in various Scottish members of Parliament to avoid their duty and not represent their consituency as despicable. A Scottish devolution should have been seen as a celebration for them, not an excuse to be insulting.

As far as the one member of Parliament who felt it necessary to check her emails instead of doing her job hopefully will cost her at the next election. Might I suggest better time management and returning your consituents answers and representing your area with dignity.

As far as whether or not this member supports an institution or not is irrelevant. THAT IS the institution whether she chooses to participate or not. Truly disgusting.
