The task was and is, to 'bring the killers to justice first', make the done notifications successful, to prevent further damage, not legal too, and to deliver advantage to the right constitutional forces, f.i. von Stauffenberg, von Trott zu Solz, et al, 20 July 1944, to kill/disable Hitler, when notifications/trials did not work
