Oh, come on. I think BBC executives know very well that Ms. Middleton would never agree to something like this. After all, they're the people who are supposedly making a documentary in readiness for an engagement announcement.

LOL-there is no way she'd do that. She has to behave with absolute class because she very well may be the bloody Queen one day. They're not going to get a senior member of the royal family (or someone who may be a senior member one day soon) on that show. The BRF are too snobby to do reality tv, Scandinavian royals might would, but the BRF still behaves like they did 100 years ago, or at least they try very hard to.
