Kate Middleton 'desperate' for baby
Apr 15, 2009, 11:01 GMT
Kate Middleton is desperate to have a baby.
Friends say the 27-year-old beauty is worried her boyfriend, Britain's Prince William, will put off a royal wedding until he has finished his RAF helicopter rescue training in 2016.
By then, Kate will be almost 35 and she is reportedly terrified she will run out of time to have children.
A source said: "Kate's very happy in her relationship with William and ever since he started his training they've seen more and more of each other.
"He has some married quarters and Kate spends a lot of time there living under the same roof. But when they finally marry, she and William will be under the most incredible pressure to start a family.
"She knows the clock is ticking and she doesn't want to see 30 come and go and find herself short of time and plagued by health problems that come with older pregnancies."
Kate's family is also said to be concerned the 26-year-old prince is not intending to marry his girlfriend of five years.
A family friend told Britain's The Daily Star newspaper: "He is a lovely young man and will make a wonderful son-in-law.
"But the Middleton's know enough about the royal family by now to know that they can make some terribly selfish decisions."

This is just the latest ploy by Waity Katie -- the manipulator and the gold-digger.
As far as I'm concerned William had better tell that gold-digging hussy where to go, how to get there, AND what to do when she gets there. Just another ploy to get her hooks in, and IF she does, it will be a huge mistake, one the Monarchy can't afford. If she wants a baby that bad, then marry someone else and forget about Wills. Everyone knows he would be so much better off.
This story first appeared in the Daily Star. Does anyone really believe that any 'friends' close enough to Middleton to know her thoughts on this subject is speaking to the tacky U.K. tabloids? As far as I'm concerned, this is yet another of the many fabricated stories the tabloids publish, in the absence of anything else to say. The couple have kept a low profile for months. The tabs are desperate.
Exactly. I don't know why people believe everything they see on the internet.
To my European Cousins;
Way, way back in 1976, with the Bicentenial celebrations upon us
Americans, I read a book by one of America's best Eurodespisers: Mark Twain. He wrote a book during the 19th century. The American Civil War had just been fought.
You Brits were not well-behaved to us Americans during that time. Mark Twain was no supporter of Europe. He wrote a book called 'A Connecticut Yankee in King Auther's Court.
I read it during my high school years. It was hilarious. You Brits should read it sometime. All these centuries later, it is still relevant.

Very sad comment about this seemingly intelligent young woman who defines her life and future by what a man will or will not do. If she wants a baby, adopt. Or have one. My gosh, every one seems to be having illigitimate children and you don't DARE call them 'unwed' mothers. Get pregnant you silly cow and get put out of hyour misery. Don't let a few shekels rule your life.
