Simon Cowell is a disgrace to Britain. He is a vulgar, crude, obnoxious man and I just love the fact that the Duke of Edinburgh had a chance to make a snide remark to him while Her Majesty all but ignored him.

I'm an American who is also a huge fan of Britain and I have admired and loved the Royal family for years - but when it comes to Simon Cowell, he is hardly representative of what is good about Britain and I'd gladly send him back across the Pond.

I don't really care much at all for 'American Idol' anyway and the fact that he's on there guarantees that I do not watch it.
