Sarah Ferguson's Dalai visit

Britain's Sarah Ferguson sought advice from the Dalai Lama after her divorce from Prince Andrew.The Duchess of York - whose divorce from Andrew was finalised in 1996 after the pair had been officially separated for four years - admitted she struggled with the split so went on a pilgrimage to visit the Buddhist spiritual leader.She told Britain's Hello! magazine: "I didn't know how to handle the regret, so I made a pilgrimage to Delhi to see the Dalai Lama."I said, 'I can't live with this regret.'"He asked me, 'What is this word regret?' It didn't exist in the Tibetan dictionary."I told him, 'Guilt!'"He told me that if you let your mind override yourself you'll always live with guilt. It made sense to me."The royal recently revealed how her daughters Beatrice, 20, and Eugenie, 18, - who she is planning to write a "mother's bible" with - are not keen on the idea of her remarrying Sarah revealed: "They said, 'Mum, no way! You're cool like you are!'"So often I think that if I could go back to being the bride I was in 1986 when I married Andrew with the knowledge I have now. I was so happy and so in love."
