Royal duties are not as frustrating as regular jobs. It's easy job as just visiting and seeing places and people. People are paying extremely respect and attentions to royal family. The actual works will be done by the people anyway. It's very much easy jobs, nothing that you have to actually please and serve your boss / customers. So, stop whining.

One wonders what [non-English speaking] country Miss Daines is from, and what her experience with 'royal jobs' is. If she actually took the time to find out, she'd know the time and work that go into each engagement a member of the Royal Family undertakes. The Earl of Wessex spoke of it in the recent television documentary 'A Year with the Queen'.

Also, who exactly is 'whining'? The main 'job' of The Duchess of Cornwall is to support her husband...something the first wife never learned to do. HRH is not required to do anything actually; her appearances, patronages etc. are voluntary.

camilla needs to earn her keep. she should be put to work a lot more & stop milking the system so much! it's time for the british people to wake up to the extravagances of their royal family who are only there by a fluke anyway.

Camilla is, indeed, HRH. Since the title 'Duchess of Cornwall' goes automatically to the wife of the Prince of Wales (Duke of Cornwall being one of his secondary titles), then it automatically carries the HRH. Technically speaking, of course, Camilla is also the Princess of Wales.

She may have the titles but she doesn't have the grace to go with them.

Boy I wish I could have convalesed for two months after my hystrectomy. And be paid so handsomely too. Ribbon cutting and speaches are so grueling. Don't kid yourself, every step is planned by their staff, all they have to do is show up and perform.
As far as supporting her husband, Diana was a joy to watch, the essences of royalty.
