Denmark's Princess Mary toured a Danish home and gift trade fair in London yesterday (24.06.08), examining the crafts the Danes had to offer.
The Australian-born princess looked summery in a brown silk top and matching floral skirt as she walked around the venue, chatting to exhibitors and looking at the gifts available.
The visit to the British capital was to promote relations between Demark and the UK - a relationship which will also be celebrated by an exhibition at London's Royal Academy of Art.
Princess Mary's visit to the capital will also give her the opportunity to visit one of her closest friends, Caroline Fleming, and her daughter Josephine - who is also Mary's goddaughter.
Mary - who is a patron of the World Health Organisation's (WHO) regional office for Europe - is no stranger to promoting worthwhile causes, and travelled to Slovenia earlier this year to highlight the importance of European Immunisation Week.
