Denmark's Princess Mary travelled to Slovenia yesterday (23.04.08) to highlight European Immunisation Week.

The princess made the trip to the country's capital Ljubljana in her role as a patron of the World Health Organisation's (WHO) regional office for Europe.
The princess launched the event - designed to show the importance of inoculating children against preventable diseases - at a medieval castle in the city, accompanied by Barbara Miklic Turk, the wife of Slovenia's President Danilo Turk.
Afterwards the princess spent time comforting local children waiting for their vaccinations.
The 36-year-old princess also works on anti-obesity campaigns for the WHO, a special agency of the United Nations which acts as an authority on international health.
Mary is the wife of Prince Frederik, the heir to the Danish throne.
The couple have two children - two-year-old son Christian and one-year-old daughter Isabella.
