Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, is enjoying a holiday in Norway with the millionaire businessman rumoured to be her boyfriend.

Sarah - who is the ex-wife of Britain's Prince Andrew - wore a padded anorak and yellow scarf to protect her from the cold as she walked along the streets of Lofoten with Findus Food boss Geir Frantzen.

A source told Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "Sarah was all wrapped up for the weather and Geir was dressed down too in parka jacket and jeans - he looked more like a mature student than a multi-millionaire tycoon."

Geir reportedly showed Sarah his favourite spots in picturesque Lofoten, a remote archipelago in northern Norway.

Sarah and Geir, 40, first sparked romance rumours after being spotted at a Spice Girls concert and a boxing match in Las Vegas last December, and they also believed to have spent Christmas together.

They pair are said to have grown extremely close after meeting to discuss a business venture more than a year ago.

However, a spokesman for Geir claims the pair are just good friends, the tycoon already has "quite a serious partner" in his life.

Geir has never married, but has a nine-year-old daughter.

Sarah, 48, is known to maintain a good relationship with her ex-husband Prince Andrew, the father of her children Princess Beatrice, 19 and 18-year-old Princess Eugenie.
